Contract for Design - Construction, Operation and Maintenance (CREM) for the redevelopment of the Quartiers Scientifiques on the Lyon Tech-La Doua Campus.
The goals of the project are improving energy performance, conformity with accessibility standards, securing the buildings, restructuring certain parts of buildings, and securing the waste collection circuits.

Our approach enables the heritage to maintain its identity while getting the benefit of today’s technological performance. The environmental approach is applied at all stages of the project; the concept of reuse applies to the construction method, the aesthetic and the spaces themselves; the innovations correspond to the goals of comfort, use and flexibility. The transformation in progress is an opportunity for this architecture of the second half of the 20th century to fully play its role in the future of the Eco-campus.
