Regeneration of the site of the former tennis club of Port Leucate de la Clarianelle.
The project is fully in line with the move towards urban development of the Port Leucate marina.
The municipality wishes to locate on this site a public cultural facility, a real-estate operation consisting of quality residential stock, and secondarily, a comfort station for boaters.
The desire of the Port Leucate authorities is to move towards urban development of its marina to meet increasing residential needs, while preserving its identity and a privileged relation with the environment.
