Where the place creates the link.

In the history of a city, a new rail station can change everything. On the new Antonypole site, our ambition is to support that metamorphosis of the districts around the station, emblematic of changes taking place in society and in contemporary lifestyles. And beyond that profound transformation, we want to give Antonypole the spirit of Antony – that of a very pleasant place to live. So that Antony can take full advantage of the new effervescence of Antonypole.

We will do it through urban, mobile, commercial and architectural connections that form a network in the district and integrate it into the town and the territory. Through mixed-use programmes, responding to expectations for housing, shopping, hospitality and development in a town at the crossroads of axes undergoing rapid growth, we want to make this area a new polarity and allow it to fully become a place of relations and exchanges.

In 2024, Antonypole will be a place where links are created simply because a staff canteen or fitness room is shared with local residents, through habits that are formed by chatting with merchants along the path to the crèche, where ties between friends become closer in a bistrot. An innovative place where links are forged between companies, whether young or long established.

We are convinced that it is there – in the decompartmentalisation of traditional uses of places, in the constant search for facilitated connections, for mutability, flexibility and scalability – that the coherence and the key to the success of our project are to be found.
