Construction of two buildings consisting of 131 housing units

Romainville has a “lifestyle of its own”, which we have tried to reproduce in this new residential development. The variety of volumes of the buildings, the landscapes, the views and horizons are enriched to create different and qualitative ways of living. Groups of low-rise buildings echo the houses they cohabit with. The planted lane is underlined by the mineral pedestal of the higher buildings. Two emergences above the base give the apartments unobstructed views and lovely panoramas. With gardens and terraces for some or large bay windows and loggias for others, most have generous extensions for “living outdoors” and a variety of orientations to the east, south and west.
