The Belfort Technopôle is made up of a magnificent ensemble of industrial facilities built in the early 20th century. This brick architecture, which has kept all its use value, is now to be complemented to affirm the continuity and modernity of the site.
A new building, designed like a glass bar, is occupied by the administrative and reception facilities. Located in front of the original building, it enables the creation of an interior street that will become the public space for the production unit.
The translucent and transparent glass materials affirm the light, airy character of the project. They are complemented by a metal filter placed in front of the brick wall. This latticework panel houses the service stairs and serves as support for permanent or temporary signage.
